Mr. Fang began by choosing another HVAC company, which does not have year-round experience.

When the dining room needs to be heated evenly, the underfloor heating system has to be turned on in all the rooms and all the pipes have to be filled with water to heat the dining room. There would be a significant waste of gas energy. This solution becomes significantly disadvantageous when Mr. House does not intend to use this method to heat the dining room.

At a later stage, Mr. Fang replaced BODEN underfloor heating and took out this drawing to discuss with BODEN's designers, who explained to him in detail about heating knowledge and the problems he had to pay attention to, and Mr. Fang realized that he really had to realize the independent control of heating in the dining room of his house. Because his family is not often in the living room, but in the smaller dining room activities, BODEN design heating drawings at no extra cost, within 72 hours for Mr. Fang immediately re-planned the floor heating piping scheme, as shown in Figure 2. Mr. Fang also had a dispute with the previous HVAC company over the product. He did not look deeply into the heating design drawings, and immediately followed the program to purchase the material parts of the floor heating system - for convenience, the previous HVAC company prepared a bill of materials for him. This list of materials actually looked compliant and reasonable, with no discrepancies. Each accessory also went through Mr. House's decision-making process. But when the materials came in, the consumer still stepped in a hole. The so-called control panel is not the model that Mr. House thought, but another model product produced by the brand, the price difference between these two products is very large. Failure to communicate in the early part of the docking well, coupled with a variety of complex reasons, the specific product to make Mr. room indignation. Mr. room later also regret, why not directly in this process on the removal of this HVAC company. He indicated to himself: he had already been counted before, and I am afraid that after the floor heating installation, he could not get the service items that match the agreement, so he might as well stop the loss in time, and the floor heating is not a simple home decoration after all, so he has to be cautious and prudent. Moreover, the installation of the workers' workmanship makes him feel deeply uneasy. First of all, the installation workers did not confirm the fixed avoidance area (such as floor to ceiling bookcases, closets, etc. underneath) whether to lay insulation boards, and laying of reflective film, not in accordance with the construction specifications previously given by the HVAC company, will be overlapped with two reflective film 5CM laying. In addition, because the workers did not fully understand the drawings, the coil is not the correct way. And so on, let Mr. room and the first HVAC company argued, construction team is not subject to the HVAC company, Mr. room under the fatigue, claim back a part of the cost that has been invested. After that, he asked his friends to help him to find another floor heating brand enterprise. the relationship between BODEN and Mr. Fang, although it came with twists and turns, but it is not too late.
